Josh is jet setting to Pittsburgh for a 24-hour quick trip. We’re becoming landlords! Since we had a VA loan, we had paid pretty much nothing off on our home, and in fact with all the fees and taxes, would’ve owed about 20k more than what we bought it for... so that left little wiggle room. Instead, after we listed it, we got an offer right away- and now a pair of opera singers from Miami and their family will make memories while we build equity. They’ve signed until March 2020 and move in this week! Josh is packing up the remainder of our stuff there and heading back in the morning! Happy Saturday, all! So far we are loving the Nebraska life. It’s been a hectic week moving and I’m already missing my husband as he’s back in Pittsburgh wrapping up things at the house before coming back to join us in Omaha. It’ll be like two weeks apart😩😩😩 I start work Monday and luckily my mom and cousin are coming in Sunday to help while we await his return... but for now— we will just keep enjoying these views!!!
